Meet Our Founder
Laura Sabo is an executive coach who brings over 15 years of executive leadership experience with a proven track record of coaching leaders at all levels, developing high-performing teams, and supporting meaningful organizational culture change.
Laura’s coaching approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and informed by a strengths-based perspective. She is a certified partner with e2grow, a platform that enables individuals, leaders, and teams to grow by understanding and intentionally using their unique talents.
At the core of Laura’s work is a genuine care for people and a belief that fulfillment, growth, and strong performance are closely connected. She is energized by helping others gain clarity, confidence, and momentum in both their professional and personal lives.
Outside of her coaching practice, Laura enjoys teaching dance, continued learning, and spending time with family and friends. These experiences continue to shape how she thinks about growth, balance, and what it means to operate on HIGH.
